Episode 7: Agile Insights with Ricardo Benites, one of the contributers of the Living Transformation

The Living Transformationapproach has been developed and evolved over the last few years at and with different organizations. All organizations had one thing in common, they were at the start or in the middle of an agile and/or digital transformation. With the Living Transformation approach, they were able to enable “real” change, real change, from within.

In 2020, the Living Transformation approach reached a final level of maturity: it now works regardless of the industry or size of the organization. Consequently, in 2021 we wanted to make the approach to agile and digital transformation available to many interested people. We choose the form of a book, a landing page and podcast. The idea to write a book came from Ricardo Benites, who we interviewed in the podcast here. Ricardo has worked in various agile roles at a large automotive, including agile coach and release train engineer (RTE).

In agile transformation, Ricardo was active in setting up the approach and later in the role as Transformation Masters ( TM ) of Living Transformation.
